DEGAS USA will do its best to make sure that our customers are always satisfied with their DEGAS purchases.
Customized items and back orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless for faults.
- There is a 14 day return period.
- All products must be returned within 14 days and in its original condition and packaging, with tag and label attached.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We strongly suggest you insure your shipment.
Degas leotards can only be exchanged. If there is a fault in production you must send an email explaining what the problem is, (sales receipt number if known) and when. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM US!! Please send your email to
degasinfo@aol.com. Items must also be:
- Returned within 14 days of purchasing/receiving your order.
- Packed in their original package with all original tags and labels attached, as was received.
- Clearly the garment must not have been worn and must not have been washed .Returned postage paid by us if in fact the fault is ours.
- For all exchanges, please add a 5.00 check/money order or pay using PayPal below:
Items returned that do not comply with our return policy will be discarded or returned at the customers' expense. Only items bought directly from DEGAS USA may be returned.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, you must email or contact us so that the processing can be stopped. If the order has been shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the shipment. You will still be accountable for a 10% restocking fee and shipment fee.

DEGAS tries to be as accurate in the descriptions, pictures and pricing of our products. However, if a price for a product listed is incorrect, DEGAS USA has the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or cancel the order of the product with the inaccurate price.
